At least 2 weeks prior to the event, the promoter shall provide the commission with a list of fights, including the fighter's names, records, and anticipated fight weight class for review and approval. Any changes to the bouts or fighters after the commission has given its initial approval of the fight card shall be reported to commission prior to the start of a competition.
