Section Box 202.04 - Date of Issuance or Filing(a) All orders, decisions, notices, or documents issued by or at the direction of the commission shall be deemed by the commission to have been issued on the date noted on the document.(b) All orders, decisions, notices, or documents issued by or at the direction of the commission in conjunction with an adjudicative proceeding and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address of record or delivered by personal service shall be deemed by the commission to be adequate notice.(c) All applications, petitions, motions, requests for findings and conclusions and any other written documents governed by these rules shall be deemed by the commission to have been filed with or received on the actual date received by the commission as indicated by the date stamped received on the document.N.H.
