Section Bfc 103.01 - Composition of Board(a) Pursuant to RSA 153:2, the board shall consist of 11 members, appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, for a term specified by law.(b) One member shall be designated chair by the governor.(c) The board shall elect a vice-chair at its annual meeting.(d) The chair shall preside over all meetings of the board.(e) In the absence of the chair at a meeting of the board, the vice chair shall preside.N.H.
