Section Bfa 303.02 - Criteria for Establishment of Fees and ChargesThe board shall establish fees and charges for each of its credit enhancement programs on the basis of the following criteria:
(a) Whether the fees and charges are comparable to the level of fees and charges which would be charged if the credit enhancement were provided by a private person in a private financial market transaction;(b) Whether the fees and charges adequately recover the administrative costs of the authority to review and evaluate the implementation of the credit enhancement at the original effectiveness of the credit enhancement and over the term of the credit enhancement; and(c) Whether the fees and charges are sufficient to ensure that the authority can meet its financial obligations as they come due in the ordinary course.N.H.
