Section Bea 404.04 - Approval of BMGI Funds for Applicant(a) If the applicant is approved pursuant to Bea 403.02 and Bea 403.03, then the department shall issue a letter with instructions for how to submit additional information as referenced by Bea 406.(b) No contract shall be executed between BEA and the successful applicant until the challenge period has passed or any challenges have been fully addressed. No funds shall be issued until the contract is signed and approved by the governor and executive council.N.H. Admin. Code § Bea 404.04
