Section Bcr 207.03 - Docketing, Service of Notice, Public Notice(a) The board shall assign each adjudicative proceeding a docket number, and serve the hearing notice upon all parties to the proceeding by first class mail.(b) All subsequent notices, decisions, and orders issued by the board, including any amendments to the hearing notice, shall be served upon the parties, by first class mail.(c) Orders, notices, and decisions of the board, and motions, memoranda, exhibits, and other documents and data submitted to the board in a docketed case shall be kept in a docket file and made available for public inspection in the board's office.N.H.
