Section Bal 201.03 - Waiver or Suspension of Procedural Rules

If requested the commission shall grant a waiver of any requirement imposed by this chapter if the commission finds that good cause exists. In determining whether good cause exists the commission shall consider the magnitude of the waiver, the reason and necessity for the waiver and the prejudice to other parties.
