Section Auc 201.01 - Commencement of Proceedings

Disciplinary proceedings pursuant to RSA 311-B:11 shall be commenced upon the receipt of a complaint of any person as provided in Auc 201.02, or upon the initiative of the board as provided in Auc 201.03.
