Section Asb 308.10 - Past Convictions

The penalty for a conviction within the past 5 years or since last certification shall be, as the maximum penalty determined by the commissioner:

(a) Suspension up to 5 years for a Class A misdemeanor; and

(b) Decertification for a felony.
