Section Asb 301.20 - Deceit-fraud"Deceit-fraud" means an intentional act of:
(a) Deception in order to secure an unlawful gain; (b) Deception pertaining to contractual procurement or fulfillment; or (c) Concealment of, or making a false impression of, a material fact, including when attempting to procure DRA certification at any level. N.H. Admin. Code § Asb 301.20
