Section Asb 206.08 - Limitations on Public Participation(a) In conducting public forums or subcommittee meetings, the chairperson or a designee, at any time before or during a public forum or subcommittee meeting shall: (1) Refuse to recognize a person who refuses to comply with Asb 206.07 above; and(2) Revoke recognition of a speaker who does not comply with Asb 206.07.N.H.
