Section Asb 206.02 - Scope

This part shall apply to:

(a) Public forums required pursuant to RSA 21-J:14-b, II, at which interested persons may testify and submit information or written testimony; and

(b) Subcommittee meetings at which interested persons may testify and submit information or written testimony.
