Section Asb 204.04 - Issuance and Publication of Declaratory Rulings

Declaratory rulings issued by the board shall be filed on the day of issue with the director of legislative services in accordance with RSA 541-A;16, II (b), and edited subject to the requirements of RSA 21-J:14.
