Section Asb 203.08 - Limitations on Public Participation(a) In conducting hearings, the chairperson or a designee, at any time before or during a hearing shall: (1) Refuse to recognize a person who refuses to comply with Asb 203.07 above; and(2) Revoke recognition of a speaker who does not comply with Asb 203.07 above.
