Section Arch 201.01 - Rules of Practice and Procedure

The Plc 200 rules shall govern with regards to all procedures for:

(a) The receipt of misconduct complaints;

(b) The conduct of disciplinary proceedings;

(c) Rulemaking submissions, considerations, and disposition of rulemaking petitions;

(d) Public comment hearings;

(e) Declaratory rulings;

(f) Explanation of adopted rules; and

(g) Voluntary surrender of licenses.
