Section Arb 207.05 - Media Access(a) Public comment hearings shall be open to the print and electronic media, subject to the limitations set forth in (b) below.(b) The chair of the board or the chair's designee shall, if necessary to allow the hearing to go forward: (1) Limit the number of media representatives when their number, together with the number of the members of the public who are present, exceeds the capacity of the hearing room or causes members of the public to be excluded from the hearing;(2) Limit the placement of cameras to specific locations within the hearing room; or(3) Prohibit interviews from being conducted within the hearing room before or during the hearing.N.H.
