Section Arb 203.12 - Prehearing Conferences

(a) A prehearing conference shall:

(1) Be scheduled on the motion of the board or at the request of a party;

(2) Consider the topics under RSA 541-A:31, V(c); and

(3) Be conducted by a member of the board designated by the chair of the board.
