Section Alc 310.02 - Master's Degree Requirement Applicants for initial licensure as a MLADC shall have a master's degree that is:
(a) A 60 hour degree-awarded by a college or university accredited by an academic body which is a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, in one of the following fields:(1) Clinical mental health;(3) Substance use treatment;(b) A master's degree that is less than 60 credits in one of the fields described in Alc 310.02(a)(1) through (5) above provided that the applicant seeking to qualify for licensure with such a degree obtains additional credits in substance use and co-occurring disorders received through graduate level courses to bring the total number of credits to 60.N.H.
