Section Ahp 209.05 - Recording the Hearing(a) Except in the circumstances described in (b) below, the presiding officer shall record the hearing by electronic recording or any other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) A hearing on the immediate suspension of a license or certification pursuant to RSA 541-A:30, III shall be recorded by a certified shorthand court reporter provided by the board.(c) If any person requests a transcript of the verbatim recording of a hearing, the board shall: (1) Cause a transcript to be prepared; and(2) Upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, provide a copy of the transcript to the person making the request.N.H.
