Section Agr 2119.03 - Tuberculosis(a) All yaks entering the state of New Hampshire shall:(1) Be from a tuberculosis accredited free herd;(2) Be over 6 months of age, have been tested negative for tuberculosis within 60 days of shipment and be from a herd tested free of tuberculosis within the last year; or(3) If under 6 months of age, have individual permanent official identification.N.H.
