Section Agr 2118.02 - Brucellosis(a) All buffalo entering the state of New Hampshire shall have permanent identification of each animal with a metal ear tag, legible tattoo, or microchip if a microchip reader is available at the point of destination.(b) Buffalo shall also: (1) Be from a brucellosis classified-free herd;(2) If 6 months of age or older, have been tested negative for brucellosis within 30 days of shipment; or(3) If under 6 months of age, be identified either using a metal eartag, legible tattoo or microchip, as progeny of a brucellosis tested dam.N.H.
