Section Agr 2110.01 - Permit and CVI Required(a) A CVI shall be required for the importation of swine into the state of New Hampshire.(b) The permit shall be obtained prior to shipment and the number shall appear on the CVI.(c) The CVI shall certify that: (1) All swine are individually identified by permanent official identification;(2) All swine on the premises have been inspected;(3) The swine have never been fed raw garbage or been exposed to swine that have been fed raw garbage; and(4) The swine are free from clinically diagnosed contagious and infectious diseases, including but not limited to brucellosis and pseudorabies.N.H.
