Section Agr 1709.01 - Disciplinary Sanctions(a) Upon finding noncompliance with Agr 1700 or RSA 437 the department shall determine which sanctions pursuant to RSA 437:3, 9, and 9-a to impose by considering the: (1) Severity of the offense;(2) Licensee's history of misconduct;(3) Licensee's acknowledgment of his or her wrongdoing;(4) Licensee's willingness to cooperate with the department's investigation;(6) Purpose of the rule or statute violated;(7) Potential harm to public health and safety; and(8) Nature and extent of the enforcement activities required of the department as a result of the offense.N.H.
