Section Agr 1705.01 - Turtle Size

In accordance with 21 CFR 1240.62, no person shall sell a turtle that has a carapace less than 4 inches from front to rear. At such time as 21 CFR 1240.62 is rescinded by the Food and Drug Administration, Agr 1705.01 shall no longer apply.
