Upon the conviction, or discovery of a prior conviction of an owner or board member of a facility licensed under New Hampshire RSA 437, on an animal cruelty charge under New Hampshire RSA 644:8, or any law, statute, or rule from any other US state with similar content and intent, the license of the subject facility shall be subject to revocation or suspension per RSA 437.
