Whenever a bulk commodity is advertised in any manner and the price of the commodity is stated in the advertisement:
(a) There shall be closely and conspicuously associated with the statement of price a declaration of the basic unit in terms of weight, measure, or count; and(b) Such declaration of the basic unit of weight, measure, or count shall not include any qualifying term, such as "jumbo", "giant" or "full" that tends to exaggerate the amount of the commodity.N.H.
