Section Agr 1405.03 - Possession of Certificate of Registration(a) No person shall service any device licensed by the commissioner unless that person holds a valid certificate of registration as a service technician with the division.(b) A list of service technicians with valid licensees shall be published on the division website and updated periodically.N.H.
