Section Adm 807.02 - Agency's Selection of Proposed Property(a) Following receipt of proposals under Adm 807.01 above, if the process has not been cancelled by the state, the agency shall, in consultation with the division, review all proposals received and determine which of the proposals received meet the criteria under Adm 806.01 and 806.02 above, and of those proposals meeting said criteria, which offers compliance at the lowest cost.(b) The failure to submit the statement prescribed in Adm 807.01(g), the filing of a false statement, or the filing of a statement signed by a person who is not authorized to do so on behalf of the proposed landlord or landlords shall result in the automatic rejection of the proposal.(c) When conducting its consultation with the division under (a) above, the agency shall provide the division with copies of the materials it received under Adm 807.01.(d) Following the selection of a proposed property by the agency, the agency shall request approval of the rental agreement according to the rules set forth below.N.H.
