Section Adm 612.03 - Definitions(a) "Applicant" means an entity that requests participation in one of the programs listed in Adm 612.01.(b) "Federal surplus food distribution program" means the program for the distribution of food donated by the United States government that is handled by the surplus distribution section under RSA 21-I:12, I(a)(7).(c) "FIFO system" means a system for the rotation of an inventory.(d) "Letter of determination" means a writing from the United States Internal Revenue Service indicating that that the applicant has been determined to be tax exempt under 26 USC Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code.(e) "Surplus distribution agreement form" means a written agreement for the distribution and use of commodities donated by the United States government by which an applicant applies for participation in one of the programs listed in Adm 612.01.N.H.
