All CPAs shall notify the board in writing within 30 business days after they sever connection with any firm for any reason, either personal, professional, or disciplinary. Failure to provide a written notification of change of address shall not be exculpatory grounds for failing to respond to governing board inquiries or timelines and shall be grounds for disciplinary actions.
