Pursuant to RSA 309-B:4, I(a) the board is composed of a total of 7 members who are residents of New Hampshire and have been appointed by the governor with the approval of the council. The membership includes 5 current CPAs, and 2 public members, all of whom meet the requirements of RSA 309-B:4, I(a).
