Section Abfd 208.04 - Recording the Hearing(a) The presiding officer shall record the hearing by tape recording or other method that will provide a verbatim record.(b) If any person requests a transcript of the taped record, the committee shall cause a transcript to be prepared and, upon receipt of payment for the cost of the transcription, shall provide copies of the transcript to the person making the request.N.H.
