Section 90.425 - Accelerated effectiveness

The effectiveness of a registration statement filed pursuant to NRS 90.470 may be accelerated by the Administrator upon the filing of a written request for acceleration. The request must be filed by the registrant and must set forth, in clear and concise terms, the basis for the request.
