Section 90.410 - Registration statements deemed abandoned: Circumstances and effect

A registration statement shall be deemed abandoned if the registration statement does not become effective within 1 year after the date on which the registration statement is filed with the Administrator. A registration statement that has been deemed abandoned pursuant to this section must not be reinstated. An applicant who wishes to register securities under a registration statement that has been deemed abandoned pursuant to this section must file a new registration statement that includes the filing fee required by NRS 90.500 and the documents required to be filed pursuant to:

1.NRS 90.470 and NAC 90.420;

2.NRS 90.480 and NAC 90.440; or

3.NRS 90.490 and NAC 90.460, as applicable.
