Section 90.398 - Electronic filing; electronic payment of fees1. Any document which must be filed pursuant to NRS 90.470 to 90.500, inclusive, or 90.520 may be filed with the Securities Registration Depository or any other system for the electronic registration of securities which is approved by the Administrator by order.2. If a document is filed pursuant to subsection 1, any fee required by NRS 90.500 or 90.520 may be paid by the electronic transfer of money to the system for the electronic registration of securities with which the document was filed.3. As used in this section, "Securities Registration Depository" means the system for the electronic registration of securities that is owned and operated by SRD, Inc., or its successor.Nev. Admin.
