Section 90.512 - Nonissuer transaction by sales representative licensed in State: Security complying with certain requirements for statutory exemption1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, a nonissuer transaction by a sales representative licensed in this State in an outstanding security that complies with the provisions of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (e) of subsection 3 of NRS 90.530 is exempt from the registration requirements of NRS 90.460.2. The exemption provided in subsection 1 is not available for a development stage company.Nev. Admin. Code § 90.512
