Section 90.088 - "Institutional buyer" interpreted

The Administrator will interpret the term "institutional buyer" as used in subsection 6 of NRS 90.240 to include, without limitation, any accredited investor as defined under Rule 501(a)(1)-(4), (7) and (8) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933.
