Section 90.051 - "Insider" defined"Insider" includes a person who:
1. Owns or controls 10 percent or more of: (a) The voting stock of a corporation;(b) The membership interest of a limited-liability company; or(c) Any other equity interest in another type of entity;2. Is: (a) An officer or director of a corporation; or(b) A manager or managing member of a limited-liability company; or3. Is a spouse or other member of the household of:(a) An officer or director of a corporation; or(b) A manager or managing member of a limited-liability company.Nev. Admin. Code § 90.051
