Section 90.042 - "Federal covered adviser" defined"Federal covered adviser" means a person who is:
1. Registered or required to be registered pursuant to section 203 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940; or2. Excluded from the definition of "investment adviser" pursuant to subparagraph (11) of paragraph (a) of section 202 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.Nev. Admin. Code § 90.042
