Section 87A.320 - "Due date" defined

"Due date" means the date on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 87A.290 or subsection 1 of NRS 87A.560 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year as set forth in NRS 87A.290 or 87A.560.
