Section 86.320 - "Due date" defined

"Due date" means the date on which the applicable list required by subsection 1 of NRS 86.263 or subsection 1 of NRS 86.5461 must be filed with the Secretary of State each year as set forth in NRS 86.263 or 86.5461.
