Section 720.790 - Good faith of certification authority, subscriber and recipient of digital signature1. A certification authority, a subscriber and a recipient of a digital signature shall use good faith in the use of a digital signature and in conducting any activities governed by the provisions of this chapter.2. The provisions of subsection 1 may not be waived, disclaimed or otherwise limited by agreement, except that the parties to an agreement may establish the standards by which their good faith with regard to one another will be measured if those standards are not manifestly unreasonable.Nev.
