Section 706B.420 - Inspections; records of inspections, maintenance and repairs1. A fully autonomous vehicle operated pursuant to a permit may be inspected at any time while on call by an authorized employee of the Authority to assess compliance with the requirements relating to markings and decals pursuant to sections 37 and 52 of this regulation, except that such inspection may not be for the purposes of determining compliance with the requirements of chapter 482A of NRS.2. A permit holder shall maintain current records of the inspection, maintenance and repairs of each fully autonomous vehicle. These records must be maintained and made available for inspection by the Authority pursuant to section 40 of this regulation.Nev. Admin. Code § 706B.420
