A permit holder shall designate a person or a list of persons employed by the permit holder as the points of contact for the autonomous vehicle network company. The permit holder shall provide contact information for the designated points of contact to the Authority and shall update that information as necessary. The person or persons on the list must be authorized to act on behalf of the autonomous vehicle network company in dealing with the Authority.
