Section 706B.375 - Adoption by reference of federal regulations; availability1. The Authority hereby adopts by reference the regulations contained in 49 C.F.R. Parts 27, 37 and 38, as those regulations existed on January 2, 2002.2. An autonomous vehicle network company shall comply with the regulations set forth in 49 C.F.R. Parts 27, 37 and 38 if any provision of the regulations applies to the operation of the autonomous vehicle network company in this State.3. The volume containing 49 C.F.R.
