Section 706B.890 - Date of issuance and effective date of order1. The date of the issuance of an order of the Authority is the day on which the Deputy Commissioner signs and verifies the order and affixes the seal of the Authority on the order. The Deputy Commissioner shall mail or deliver copies of the order to the parties of record not later than 1 day after the date of issuance. The date of issuance of an order may or may not be the day on which the Authority makes the decision. The Deputy Commissioner shall clearly indicate on each order the date of its issuance.2. Unless otherwise specifically provided in the order, an order of the Authority is effective as of the date of its issuance.Nev. Admin. Code § 706B.890
