Section 706B.910 - "Administrative proceeding" defined

"Administrative proceeding" means a proceeding to impose an administrative fine pursuant to section 14.86 of Assembly Bill No. 69, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 4477 (NRS 706B.280).
