Section 706A.380 - Administrative fine or suspension or revocation of a permit by Authority for certain violations

Any transportation network company or driver who violates any provision of NAC 706A.200 to 706A.370, inclusive, is subject to the assessment of an administrative fine or the suspension or revocation of a permit pursuant to NRS 706A.300.
