Section 706A.340 - Hours of service1. A driver shall not, under any circumstances, be on call for more than 16 cumulative hours within a period of 24 consecutive hours.2. A driver shall not, under any circumstances, provide transportation services for more than 12 cumulative hours within a period of 24 consecutive hours.3. A transportation network company shall not knowingly require or authorize any driver affiliated with the company to violate any provision of subsection 1 or 2.4. A transportation network company shall provide an appropriate and accurate method for tracking and limiting the hours of all drivers affiliated with the company to ensure compliance with the provisions of subsections 1 and 2.Nev.
