Section 706A.600 - Hearings: Official noticeThe Authority or presiding officer may take official notice of the following matters:
1. Rules, regulations, official reports, decisions and orders of the Authority and any other agency of the State.2. Contents of decisions, orders and permits issued by the Authority.3. Matters of common knowledge and technical or scientific facts of established character.4. Official documents, if pertinent and properly introduced into the record of formal proceedings by reference. A proper and definite reference to a document must be made by the party offering the document, and the document must be generally circulated to each party of record.Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.600
